Find Joy in Your Shadow

We are being invited to look into our shadow like never before. In fact, our deepest joy will only come from freeing ourselves from what we uncover here. These less than savory and fearful parts of ourselves like envy, fear, judgment, and self-doubt are a gold mine when we reframe our story and call these lost fragments home with loving arms.

Rather than deny we hold these fears in an attempt to push them away, it’s best to turn around and face them with an open loving heart. On 11:11 I was thrust into shadow work at dawn.
