I’m writing to you from 10,000 feet up on Boulder Mountain in Southern Utah, where the air is thin, the trees are ancient, and the whispers of unity are everywhere.
As I stood in the middle of this massive Aspen forest (which, fun fact, is one living organism connected beneath the surface), I was reminded that even when we feel alone, we’re never truly separate. These Aspens have a lot to teach us.
They’re a mirror of what’s possible when we stop over-efforting, overthinking, and over-identifying with the story of “me”—and instead allow the field of unity consciousness to hold us. It’s always been there… we’re just remembering how to access it again.
This is the fourth installment of my Evolving the Healer Within series on YouTube, and this one is about the integrated individuation—a phrase that dropped in mid-recording and lit up my whole being.
It’s about holding your uniqueness and your belonging in the greater field.
It’s about being your God Self as your six-year-old self would—playfully, curiously, lightly. It’s about shedding what isn’t true so you can become what always was.
I’m not separate from the work I offer—I’m right here in it with you. I receive as I give. I remember as you remember.
