My recent soul-planned initiation 💖

Hello, my friends. As many of you know, these past weeks brought me face-to-face with an unexpected, yet soul-planned initiation here in Italy.

What began as a medical crisis quickly revealed itself as a mandated pause… a cosmic intervention designed to interrupt a lifelong pattern of over-functioning for Love.

From my hospital bed to quiet mornings convalescing in a cottage just outside of Perugia, I found myself with an unusual gift: time.

Time to become still enough that the deeper layers of my human template began to reveal themselves—those ancient instructions held not by my personality, but by my DNA, my multidimensional architecture, and the ancestral lines I chose to incarnate through.

What I saw with unmistakable clarity is this: We all inherit unresolved trauma from both our mother’s and father’s lineages.

Not just environmental conditioning, not just cultural influence—but the actual instruction code of identity and self-concept encoded in our multidimensional template.

Modern genetics has already shown what mystics have known all along: Trauma-based distortions, especially those related to unworthiness, emotional abandonment, and disorganized attachment, can transmit generation after generation until someone becomes aware enough—and loving enough—to meet them.

This latest initiation invited me to see the distortions I took on that neither of my parents, nor their parents before them, had resolved:

• A tendency to live in the cerebral to compensate for emotional abandonment

• Deep patterns of unworthiness and hyper-responsibility

• A lifelong sense of being unsupported, which manifested as hyper-independence

• Lone-wolfing as a survival strategy rather than a true preference

...just to name a few!

And perhaps you will resonate with this: Because disorganized family systems are the norm on Earth, no one questions just how much disharmony, fear, and identity distortion we collectively swim in.

But the time for that is ending. And it is a core part of my own soul plan to help shift it.

As I lay in Italy recovering, I realized something simple but profound: We are not meant to carry our ancestry unconsciously.

We are meant to meet it—with love. We are meant to rewrite the legacy.

So I want to invite you to reflect:

What did you inherit from your biological parents—regardless of who raised you?

What distortion did they inherit before you?

And can you, instead of personalizing it, begin to meet it with compassion rather than judgment?

Because judgment is resistance. And resistance is the opposite of healing.

When we meet these inherited patterns with loving presence, we activate the greatest healer in existence: the unconditional love that is the foundation of all that is.

This work can be done alone…but something powerful happens when we do it together,

when we normalize healing as a community, when we witness each other’s humanity, when we begin to treat emotional alchemy not as a burden, but as a homecoming.

And that brings me to this invitation.
