Heart Mountain Meditation
If you have been carrying too much for too long, this meditation is an invitation to soften.
To come out of the mind, return to the body, and gently open the places in your heart that may have learned to brace against life.
This meditation works with the front and back of the heart, the solar plexus, the ribcage, and the protective patterns that can form around fear, grief, rejection, judgment, control, abandonment, and over-responsibility.
At the center of the experience is a simple rhythm:
Receive. Release. Rest.
You are guided into a softer relationship with your body, where old defenses do not have to be ripped away or forced open. Instead, they are invited to loosen naturally, allowing more space for Love, support, nourishment, trust, and connection to enter.
You may feel especially called to this meditation if you:
-
Give easily, but struggle to receive
-
Tend to overfunction or carry more than your share
-
Feel guarded, braced, or emotionally tired
-
Want to soften the protective armoring around your heart
-
Are ready to release old patterns of fear and hyper-independence
-
Long to feel more supported by life
-
Want to reconnect with tenderness, openness, and the wisdom of your heart
During the meditation, a luminous lotus and crystalline geometries emerge through the heart as symbols of opening, expansion, and restoration. The process is gentle and can be returned to again and again, allowing each listening to meet you exactly where you are.
One listener shared:
“The energy of this transmission is beautiful. Opening of the back of the heart and expansion feels so soft and supportive. My intention is to do this daily for the rest of the month.”
This meditation was originally created as a thank-you gift for the supporters who helped make the Heart Mountain fieldwork possible.
It is now available to anyone who feels called to receive it.
