The work ahead of us. Clearing out distortion.

As I took some time to reflect on how best to show up for humanity at this time, I was gifted with a powerful insight. It's time to leave my comfort zone (again). We are all being asked to leave our comfort zones... to become comfortable with being uncomfortable. The lower dimensional paradigm of "us and them" has limiting consequences for the evolution of the human race. We must ALL do our part to face our shadow and spotlight systemic racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia and all the other distortions of separation consciousness steeped in hierarchy. We are in this for the long haul now. There will not be a return to a status quo. We are in a rapid wave train of awakening, so keep breathing, keep looking in the mirror, and compassion on.
